This Polarized Gray replacement lens for the Crossbow™ eyeshield is built from extra-thick, 2.4mm polycarbonate, designed to reduce glare and eye strain while filtering 100% of harmful UVA/UVB rays. 

Crossbow™ polarized lenses also provide high-impact protection and are compliant with U.S. Federal OSHA and ANSI Z87.1-2010:

The Crossbow's DedBolt™ Lens Lock system allows for rapid lens interchange. The ToughZone™ lenses resist scratching, and ESSOPTICS™ provide distortion-free clarity.

Crossbow™ replacement lenses are also available in Clear, Smoke Gray, Hi-Def Yellow, and Hi-Def Copper.  All Crossbow™ replacement lenses include a black nosepiece and protective flannel sleeve. 

Crossbow™ replacement lenses are compatible with both Crossbow Tri-Tech Fit™ frames (for normal use) and Crossbow Suppressor™ frames (for use with ear cup hearing protection and communications gear).

As part of the ESS Cross-Series ™ eyeshield platform, all Crossbow™ components are compatible and fully interchangeable with the ESS Crosshair™ and the ESS Suppressor™.  For example, you can upgrade your Crosshair™ eyeshield to premium Crossbow ™ anti-fog lenses--including ANSI-rated Polarized--or adapt for hearing protection use with the ultra-thin Suppressor ™ frame. 

Important Note:

ESS polarized lenses do not offer the same level of impact protection as non-polarized lenses.  Although these lenses exceed ANSI Z87.1 requirements and are thus considered compliant with U.S. Federal OSHA, they do not meet the same MIL SPEC impact tests that non-polarized Crossbow lenses do.  Also, Crossbow Polarized lenses do not feature ClearZone FlowCoat anti-fog coatings; they are instead supplied with a .25 oz bottle of anti-fog solution.
