You are unique, and ESS understands that not every piece of eyewear fits everyone the same. As such, ESS provides you with a 30-Day Try-on For Fit Guarantee on any product purchased from esseyepro.com.
Any product returned within 30 days of purchase in as-new condition will be eligible for a full refund on the product purchased and any associated tax. Please see the WARRANTY/RETURN INSTRUCTIONS below for return instructions.
ESS WARRANTY POLICY:
Current ESS products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects for a period of five years (electronic components, if applicable, are covered for one year). The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an Authorized ESS Dealer that clearly shows the purchase date. For all valid warranty claims, ESS will repair or replace the product. Please refer to the specific warranty included with your product for specific information regarding warranty coverage.
