Limited Warranty

ESS, Inc. warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within the terms of this warranty, ESS will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product proving to be defective after our receipt and inspection; this will be free of charge.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse of the product, lack of reasonable care, user-caused lens scratches, or loss of the product.
